You'll become a fan too — if you haven't already — after reading some of its health benefits and trying this incredible-delicious "Turmeric, Banana, Ginger and Maca Smoothie" here.
But today I will make this post short and sweet and go straight to the recipes! Since I've already told you about the health benefits of Turmeric and Ginger in part 2.

So today I will share with you some health benefits of the famous Matcha powder!
Matcha: meaning "powdered green tea leaves" is a green tea — but is not the same as "green tea".
Matcha tea is traditionally from Japan and has plenty of fiber, chlorophyll, vitamins and is also full of antioxidants known as catechins which can fight and prevent diseases. Matcha has the ability to enhance memory and concentration and can provide the body with energy, calmness, and relaxation. Pure Matcha has a rich and strong flavor and you can be dissolved either in hot water or warm milk.
And now let's get to the recipes! The recipe below (photo above) is a fantastic elixir for a night's good sleep and has the most wonderful aroma!
Then is the Homemade Matcha Latte and finally the Turmeric and Ginger Tea recipe for better digestion! Good Weekend!
As always I love hearing from you in the comments below or via Instagram @aldentegourmet_ 😉
