Today I bring you part 2 of Implementing Superfoods! And if you haven't read part 1 yet you can have a look here. So in part one, we talked about 'the green gold' superfood but today I want to share with you the amazing medicinal properties of three more superfoods that can potentially benefit your general health and wellbeing. As we talked about before, there is a large variety of nutrient-dense foods and ingredients that are not only good to add a nice flavor to our meals but that can also potentially keep your body strong and healthy.
And while many products in the natural health circle are (ridiculously) expensive there still are a few affordable superfoods ingredients that we can use. A few favorites of mine that I like to include in my cooking routine are; turmeric, ginger, and maca. These are by far the most powerful (budget-friendly) foods that include an array of health benefits! You can add these into your smoothies, plain yogurt, porridge, chia pudding, juices, and many other meals too, like this easy pumpkin curry here.
