Chia Seeds Bowl Breakfast for a Good Morning! (+ Video) | gf

During the weekend I'd finally got a moment to sit down and edit these chia seeds bowl photographs that I took a few weeks ago. I woke up while everyone was sleeping, tiptoed myself quietly to the kitchen, pour myself a cup of apple tea, and started working. So here I am with this healthy recipe plus another new how-to video

And since Mother's Day is around the corner I couldn't think of a better sweet healthier breakfast to delight and celebrate the day. I love waking up to a good gratifying morning breakfast and who wouldn't right?! So if you're looking to surprise mom with a delicious healthy breakfast in bed, this Fruity Chia Seeds Bowl is just perfect! But it can serve as a snack or dessert as well! Also in this video, I show exactly how-to prepare chia seeds to make a naturally sweetened and creamy chia seeds pudding

Packed with goodness and wonderful flavors. Just the right balance of natural sweetness, colorful fruits, and seeds to make this irresistible inside and out. Oh so good, homemade and beautiful! And when you wake up to a breakfast like this you feel refresh and energize to start the day.

Have a wonderful weekend, be mindful, eat well be happy. I'm hoping to come back soon with a new post and video!

In the meantime have fun making this sweet chia pudding for breakfast, snack or dessert. And you can always substitute with different fruits and toppings as well. You can either surprise someone with this Fruity Chia Bowl or just forward this recipe + video post to your children and men if you're the one that would like to be surprised!

CHIA SEEDS and FRUIT BOWL BREAKFAST
  Serves 2 bowls

1/4 C. Chia Seeds
1 C. Milk of your choice, plant-based such as coconut milk or almond milk or organic regular milk
1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract, optional
4 Tbsp. Syrup, such us date or maple syrup or honey

Preparation:

In a bowl add chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, and syrup. Mix well until everything is well combined. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight to thicken and chia seeds have absorbed all liquids and natural sweeteners.

To Serve:

You can either serve this chia pudding warm or cool. If you'd like to serve this warm simply heat it up in a pot then add fruits and seeds.

In a bowl add chia seeds pudding and add fruits and seeds. It's that easy and quick! One of my favorite fruity chia bowls (like the one in the photograph) is adding mango puree, raspberries, shredded coconut or coconut flakes, seeds and goji berries! It is really delicious but if you're unable to find mango or berries try using and combining other fruits such us banana with peaches or apricots or frozen berries with banana slices and seeds. The flavor combinations are endless so give it a go and see which combination you like the best!

Note: Chia seeds pudding will stay fresh in the fridge for 5 days.
